Pilar came to us from our dear friend Beth at Feliz Havana Silk Dogs. After Beth's husband, Bob passed away suddenly, she found herself needing to really down size her kennel. We knew Pilar to be a well bred girl who was already fully health tested by Beth and championed too, and her personality was just what we wanted, so we decided to give Pilar a new home with us and become part of our breeding program here at ERAS. We know she is going to be a welcomed addition!!Here is what Beth had to say about Pilar: "Pilar was hand selected out of one of my breedings between my foundation male Dante and our girl, Buttons. She is highly athletic, like her mother, and loves to run and chase squirrels in the back yard. She easily jumps over a 2 1/2 foot fence! Pilar has a beautiful silky coat and apparently doesn't carry the silvering gene, as she's stayed very black over the years. She has beautiful shoulder layback and an outgoing personality. She is fully health tested and a Havna Silk Dog Champion." |
